This system was established to prepare the Annual Financial Statistical Report. It permits the flexibility of producing a variety of reports to fit your individual requirements. This system uses the account data you have already established, thus minimizing data entry time and disk space.

• Allows each user to customize reports by:
  • User defined report headings
  • User defined column headings
• Allows each user to decide the General Ledger information that will be put in each column and the location of that column on the report
• Enables users to set up referencing codes
• Provides Actual, Budget, Variance, and Indirect Cost Reports
• Allows online maintenance key code balances
• Rounding of cents to the nearest dollar amount
• Allow easy transfers of referenced General Ledger amounts from one report and/or fund to another report and/or fund
• Creates diskette file for state submission
