System Monitoring with the ServerVision Module

S&S has developed a software module for remote monitoring of the client's Windows® servers. The System Monitoring service component is designed to proactively alert the appropriate client personnel and S&S technicians to risks that may effect Server and Workstation Health, Performance Degradation, Disk Usage, and Anti-Virus protection.

Server Backups

The ServerVision administration component provides for remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of:

• Operating system problems

• Installing SQL Server updates and patches
